Bidding information

Simply e mail me, Patty Clark at JCPromisedLand@aol.com and tell me which stallion service you would like to buy. Or you can
reach me by phone, (h) 330-435-1415, (b) 330-667-2565.

Upon your call or e mail, I will provide you with as much information as possible, regarding collection fees, mare care,
etc., so that you may make your decision about the purchase.

The first person to inquire and then send payment for the stallions service will be the buyer. Only ONE service per stallion,
per year, will be sold through this auction.

Preferred method of payment will be cashiers check or money order, so that the contract may be sent out immediately.

You will have 7 days after you receive confirmation from me, by either e mail and/or a phone call, to send me the payment
overnight or priority mail.

Once your payment has been received, you will be put in contact with the stallion owner and a signed breeding contract
will be sent to you, marked PAID.

Mare owners will be responsible for any and all fees incurred for semen shipments, collections, mare care etc.

Both mare and stallion owners also agree to not hold this auction liable for any problems encountered with the stallion
or mare owner.

Once a service has been purchased, any and all correspondance should be done between the mare and stallion owners.

We, the people in charge of this auction and its cause, will do our very best to make sure that all promises and contracts
are carried out, and will not be held liable for any problems
incurred.

You will receive a stallion service contract for the stallion you have chosen and paid for. All other stipulations etc., in the
contract should be honored and carried out as they would
any other stallion service, that would have been paid directly
to the stallion owner.

Once I have received payment for the stud fee, the stallion will be marked SOLD on the list of stallions on the web.

We hope to continue this auction every year possible, to honor the memory of our dear friend.

Julie, was VERY touched and moved to tears by the love, cards and
support she had received since people heard of her illness.

I would also like to tell you, that this whole scholarship idea was
discussed with Julie, shortly after her diagnosis, and
she was both humbled and happy at the thought
of what it could do for the chosen receipiants.

Julie's family and friends would like to thank each and every one
of you, for your thoughts, prayers, well wishes, love, support
and donations made through this site and auction.
